the go the ultimate in hard drive security. Along with blazing speed, ultra-fast
boot-up and silent operation, Samsung’s new self-encrypting SSDs automatically
encrypt information as it’s saved to the drive, an industry first for SSDs.
Frankfurt, August 13, 2009: Shipment of first SSDs with hardware built-in
Full Disk Encryption has started. Embassy Remote Administration Server
provides central administration for both, Full Disk Encryption in hardware for
SSDs as well as spindle drives. Capacities ranges from 80 - 500 GB, 5400 and
7200 RPM.
